Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of pisco (pisco puro or quebranta is recommended)
- 2 ounces of maracuyá (passion fruit) juice
- 1 ounce of gum syrup (it can be replaced with simple syrup)
- Ice cubes
- Ginger ale
- Angostura bitters (optional)
- 1 lime slice for decoration
Preparation:
Fill a tall glass with the ice cubes. Add the pisco, syrup and passion fruit juice. Fill up the glass with ginger ale and stir. Add a few drops of bitters. Decorate it with a lime slice.
